Real Estate Investment Project: the full house renovation included a new finished basement and the addition of a new bath, replacement of the backyard deck, new engineered floors throughout the house, interior and exterior paint, update of three existing bedrooms, and a full bathroom update. In the kitchen area, one wall was completely removed and a bar area enlargement window was added to achieve a more open floor plan. The new kitchen layout allows better flow, more storage, and increased work space. The new kitchen includes new appliances, new cabinets with soft closing mechanisms, and granite countertops. I was the project designer as well as the project manager on this 2 months renovation.
